Being strategic with everything that I do is very important. I have a yearly goal for my health. This goal includes a specific number for weightloss. One of the ways that I achieve my goals is by breaking the yearly goal into monthly, weekly, and daily goals. I use software like Trello to keep up with my goals on the go. However, I do plan my goals and strategies first in my bullet journal.
My goal this week was to lose 3 pounds. I did it! Now, I’m excited about tackling my goal next week. How do you operationalize your goals?
