Worry Tree

I am a #bujoaddict and love discovering new ideas to include in my bullet journal. I recently discovered the “Worry Tree” while scrolling on Pinterest.

Many people are in a worrying state of mind during this time of year. I believe the implementation of the “Worry Tree” can set someone free from the realms of overwhelming worry and anxiety.

Basically, the premise of the “Worry Tree” is for you to acknowledge the worry and to develop an action plan surrounding the worry or anxiety. By answering the questions, you are able to determine what you need to do to rid yourself of the anxiety.

Have you heard of “Worry Trees” and do you implement this concept? Let’s talk about it.

Here’s how my current “Worry Tree” looks in my bullet journal!
